A pedestrian bridge is needed to span the River Liffey in Ballymore Eustace.
Cllr Evie Sammon wants Kildare County Council to carry out a feasibility study.

She told a Naas Municipal District meeting that a bridge is part of the county development plan. She said there are 300 houses on one side and it is not possible to get planning permission.
Cllr Sammon said the absence of a bridge means people within walking distance of the village the school “are forced to drive” there.
