Repairs taking place at bridge near well-known Kildare golf club. FILE PHOTOGRAPH / PIXABAY
The repair of a parapet on the Alexandria Bridge in Clane, which is also near Millicent Golf Club, has been announced by Kildare County Council (KCC).
According to KCC, the repairs will take place from Friday, April 11 to Monday, April 21, 2025.
Installation of variable message signs leading up to the bridge will take place on the Friday.
As for the week commencing April 14, 2025, KCC has said that there will be potential periodic reduced traffic flow over the bridge.
