Proposals have been submitted for the construction of two large-scale distribution warehouses.
The proposed development will span a combined gross floor area of 9,171.8 square metres and includes two single-storey distribution warehouses, each equipped with their own two-storey office and service areas.
Warehouse A will comprise 4,436.6 square metres in total, featuring a goods receiving area and ancillary spaces covering 3,869.6 square metres.

It will also include a 567 square metre office and administrative block on its northeast corner, designed with a green roof and enhanced by photovoltaic (PV) panels and rooflights to maximise sustainability.
Warehouse B, slightly larger at 4,735.2 square metres, will include 4,182.8 square metres of operational space and a 552.4 square metre two-storey office block on its northwest corner, also incorporating a green roof and renewable energy features such as PV panels and rooflights.
Access to the site will be provided via a new vehicular entrance from the L81760, with associated upgrades to the public road.
The internal layout includes an access road and parking facilities featuring 81 car parking spaces — including five EV charging points and four disabled spaces — as well as dedicated areas for eight motorbikes and 80 bicycles.
Further on-site infrastructure will include an ESB substation, individual wastewater treatment plants for each warehouse, an attenuation basin for stormwater management, and full connections to existing utilities.
The plan also incorporates perimeter landscaping, fencing, and site signage.
