A business has proposed to repurpose a retail unit in County Kildare for residential use.
A planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council (KCC) shows that GRCL Property Limited is seeking permission to repurpose Unit 12 of the Moat Mall in Naas.
The applicant intends to convert the premises into a three-bedroom dwelling.
GRCL Property Ltd is also seeking permission for "modification to the fenestration, including all associated site works and services".
The date received is listed as April 14 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as May 18 and June 8 respectively.
According to gov.uk, GRCL Property Ltd was incorporated on August 13, 2021.
It has a registered address listed as Units 18 and 20, The Io Centre, Hearle Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom (AL10 9EW).
