Green light for new townhouses in south Kildare
Planning permission has been granted for three townhouses in the Athy area in Co Kildare.
The €527,000 development is earmarked for McDonnell Drive off the Geraldine Road.
The designs feature three two-storey, three bedroom townhouses as well as bicycle stores.
New boundaries and new new vehicular entrances are also in the plans.
The total floor area of the new dwellings is 342 square metres.
