The proposals relate to 6/7 South Main Street.
Three apartments are being planned for the main street of Naas in Co Kildare.
Planning permission has been applied for the change of use of the existing vacant commercial space on the first and second floors above the Intersport / Elverys premises on 6/7 South Main Street.
Approval is also required for change of use of the existing vacant commercial space in the adjoining rear building on Abbey Street at ground, first and second floor levels.

Being planned in the project are three new apartments with connections into existing services.
The building along South Main Street is a protected structure.
The developer is Tritondale Ltd which has an address in Castlebar, Co Mayo.
The estimated construction value of the project is close to €2m, according to the Building Information Ireland database.
