A planning application has been lodged for a €251k stables at The Curragh, Co Kildare.
The application was lodged with the Local Planning Authority on 14 May 2025 for a development at Brownstown Lower, The Curragh, Co Kildare.
The plans are for an American-style barn stable block to contain 10 boxes, tack room and feed store.
Also included is a fodder shed, horse walker, sand arena, dungstead, and effluent tank.
The plans also include provision for a single storey dwelling house, domestic garage, septic tank and percolation area and new entrance and all associated and necessary site works.
The architect in charge of the project is Leslie Colton Engineering And Architectural Services.
Construction Information Services (CIS) is monitoring the Local Planning Authority for a decision.
