The title of Ashford Castle Style Icon 2025 was awarded to Davinia Knight from Portarlington, whose impeccable style wowed judges Marietta Doran and Lisa Toomey.
Davinia’s winning outfit featured a sunshine-yellow Needle & Thread dress rented from Nella.ie, a Bunclody-based company that champions sustainable fashion.

Her shoes were also borrowed from a family member, her 21-year-old daughter.
Davinia is no stranger to the fashion spotlight, as her twin sister Dawn and her sister Cleo, who won the Ashford Castle Style Icon Award in 2024, are known for their dedication to race-day elegance.
Davina’s was delighted saying, “I’m so surprised to have won today but I’m so overjoyed; there’s so much amazing fashion here today, everyone truly stepped up their game.”
Davina wins a two-night stay for two in a magnificent Junior State Room in Ireland’s first and only Forbes Five Star Hotel and Spa, the 5-star Ashford Castle in County Mayo.
