Victory for the venue with Vi's!

The CEO of Lawlor's Hotel in Naas, Dee Nix, has expressed her pride after the establishment garnered a number of prestigious award wins and nominations in 2025.

Among the most recent awards and accolades are:

  • Irish Restaurant Awards 2025 – Best Customer Service, Kildare
  • TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best 2025 (retaining the title from 2024)
  • Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence Award – Gold 2025
  • Great Place to Work Certified 2025
  • Best of Bridebook Awards 2025 – Gold Award
  • Green Hospitality EU Ecolabel Certification (2025–2028)
  • Irish Accommodation Services Institute (IASI) Awards – Gold 2024, 2023, 2022
  • Virgin Media Business Gold Medal Hotel Awards Finalist 2024 – Ireland’s Small Wedding Hotel

In particular, Lawlor's Hotel pointed out that the TripAdvisor titles in particular are based on the highest-rated guest reviews and place the venue among the top one per cent of hotels worldwide for customer satisfaction.

And that's not all — to add to the series of successes, Lawlor's Hotel has also enjoyed individual recognition within the team: owner Jack Tierney was recently nominated for the Outstanding Achievement Award, with the category won on the night by renowned chef Neven Maguire, while the establishment's wedding manager, Stephen Beggs, has been nominated in the Let’s Talk Weddings Awards in both the Hotel Venue and Wedding Co-Ordinator categories.

Welcoming the wins, Ms Nix said that the awards are "an incredible endorsement of our commitment to excellence across every touchpoint — from the moment our guests arrive to the culture we’ve built behind the scenes".

"I’m enormously proud of our team," she added. "Their passion, professionalism and pride in their work are what makes Lawlor’s such a special place; every accolade we receive is thanks to them."
