The construction of a car-wash bay is being sought for one County Kildare business park.
Jensen Fleet Solutions Limited is seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council to construct the car-wash bay at the R407 Business Park, which is located on the Kilcock Road in Clane.
According to the description of the application, the business intends to construct "a car-wash bay with a 1.8 metre high surrounding wall on five existing car-parking spaces".
Permission is also being sought by Jensen Fleet Solutions Ltd for all associated ancillary site-works in relation to this proposal.
The date received on the application is listed as June 2 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as July 6, 2025 and July 27, 2025.
The business information website SoloCheck.ie shows that Jensen Fleet Solutions Ltd was established in 2012.
It has a registered address listed as the Fifth Floor, 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, County Dublin (D04 C2N4).
According to its Facebook page, the company describes itself as a "fleet leasing, rental, service and repair company".
