Conversion works have taken place at Scoil Bhríde Milltown, Newbridge Co Kildare

New larger SEN classroom delivered for this Kildare school

Works have been completed on the conversion of the existing original two-classroom school building at Scoil Bhríde, Milltown, Newbridge Co Kildare to a new larger SEN Classroom with Quiet/Break Out area.

Confirmation of completion of works comes from Construction Information Services (CIS.)

CIS notes a start date for the project of Jun 18 2024, with a completion date of Jun 13 2025.

Also included in the works are a new kitchenette, new flooring, ceilings and fittings along with the conversion of the existing WC cubicles into a larger Assisted User WC.

There has also been provision of a new external fence to Sensory Garden area, together with all associated siteworks.

According to CIS, the main contractor for the works is Ciaran Grogan Construction, working with Fitzgibbon McGinley Architects.
