The nine homes are planned for St Michael's Terrace, at the back of the Irish Tax Rebates building on Leinster Street in Athy.
The proposed €1.5m development is seeking planning permission from Kildare Co Council.

Developers are planning the demolition of the existing warehouse premises and the construction of a two-storey terraced building.
