Cavan Developments have been refused planning permission for a development in Kill, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2461204 has been refused.
The address of the proposed development is: Kilheale Avenue & Kilheale Drive, Kilheale Manor, Kill W91 TD21, Co. Kildare.

The proposal was for an infill development of seven two-storey, three-bedroom terraced houses, set out in two terraces, with on-curtilage parking and bin stores to front.
Also included were hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works on a site area of 0.2ha.
The architect for the proposed development is Davey & Smith Architect.
