A planning application has been submitted for a commercial building in Naas, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2560813 was submitted on July 18 2025 for a premises at site 12b, Osberstown Business Park, Naas, Co Kildare.
The estimated €900k plans involve the construction of a 768 sq/m, 2-storey commercial building, to include a car mechanic workshop and cafe at ground floor level, and a dance studio and gym at first floor level.

All associate works are also included in the planning application.
Also included is a new site entrance including dished path and automatic sliding gate.
The architect for the project is Offsite Design Services.
