Gardai in Maynooth, Co Kildare are appealing for witnesses to a burglary which occurred between 7.30pm and 7.30am on the night of July 16 running into July 17 2025.

According to Gda Brian Carroll, who appeared on KFM on Wednesday, July 23, a residential premises in a Maynooth estate was broken into.

The injured party woke to find his sitting room window open, and discovered there were two sets of keys taken from the house.

He then noticed a white Ford Transit van, registration number 221D17642 was taken, along with an black Riese & Muller e-bike, which was taken from a shed at the rear of the house.

Gardai are appealing for anyone with information on this burglary to contact them.

Anyone who may have seen a white Ford Transit van registration number 221D17642, or who may have seen a black Riese & Muller e-bike in the area is asked to contact Maynooth Gardai at 01-6292830.
