Plans have been applied for 14 new homes in Celbridge, Co Kildare.
The site is at Grattan Park Shackleton Road.
The will also be 22 car parking spaces as well as landscaping in the designs.
The site connects to The Drive and The Close, Grattan Park.
The estimated construction value of the project is €2.3m.
The developer is Brian M Durkan & Co Ltd based in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.
