An animal charity based in County Kildare is seeking rescue dogs for its upcoming 2026 calendar.

The Kildare and West-Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (KWWSPCA) explained: "A 2026 charity rescue dog calendar is being produced to raise funds for the KWWSPCA.

"Anyone who has a rescue dog is welcome to book a place in a Doggy Photoshoot in Kilcullen on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 or Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 7pm to have a chance to feature in this calendar."

The KWWSPCA added: "The Calendar will be launched at a Pub Quiz in Fallon's [Bar and Cafe] in Kilcullen on Thursday, November 27, 2025 and to book a table for the quiz, please book via rescuedoggycalendarlaunchpubquiz.eventbrite.com."

Anyone seeking further information or who wishes to get involved with the calendar is asked to call 087 680 3295.
