RIP: 'Little angel'- Tributes paid to Kildare parents after losing baby girl

RIP Baby Lucia Marie Fox

The tragic news comes as a newborn baby was born sleeping in Rotunda hospital, leaving her family absolutely heartbroken.

Tributes have rushed with heartwrenching messages for the mother and father of baby Lucia Marie Fox.

The family are from Ballyshannon, Carbury in County Kildare who announced the tragedy that their precious baby girl was born sleeping on Friday, 8th August 2025.

Baby Lucia will be forever loved and cherished and will never be forgotten by her loving parents Chantelle and Thomas, her big brother Noah, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, family and friends.

The family thank all the midwives and nurses at the Rotunda Hospital for their loving care.

Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, with one message which said:

"Our deepest sympathy to you both Chantelle and Thomas on the heartbreaking loss of your precious baby girl Lucia Marie. Thinking of you at this sad time. You are in all of our thoughts and prayers".

Another message said, "Condolences & heartfelt sympathises Chantelle Tom and Noah. On the passing of your little angel Lucia Marie may she R.I.P".

"Our deepest sympathies to Chantelle and Tom at this heartbreaking time. There are simply no words. We are holding you close to our hearts and sending you both all the love and strength in the world. Rest in perfect peace little angel Lucia Marie x," another person said.

"Our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to Chantelle and Tom on the passing of your precious baby girl Lucia Marie. You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time. Rest in perfect peace," another tribute read.
