A 5K walk / run event will take place next month in memory of a late County Kildare man.
The event is a tribute to Barry Deay, late of Spratstown Bridge, who passed away last September.
Donations can be collected on the day or via Revolut (@barrydeaymemorial).
According to the organisers, all proceeds will go towards: CRY Ireland; Ballymount Church; Crookstown National School; and Crookstown Millview Athletic Club.
"Your support would be greatly appreciated," the organisers added.
The walk / run will take place at Crookstown Business Park (R14 P656) on Sunday, September 7, 2025.
It will commence at 10.30am.
