M&M Prestige Door Limited is based in Rathangan, Co Kildare
A new two-storey office and warehouse development has been granted planning permission in Rathangan Industrial Estate, Co. Kildare.
The project, valued at an estimated €623,000, will be located at M&M Prestige Door Limited, Rathangan.
M&M Prestige Door Ltd specialized in the design and production of closets and wardrobes based on the patented sliding door technology.
The development includes the construction of a detached office and warehouse building comprising office and storage spaces, along with ancillary circulation and welfare facilities.
A new car parking layout to accommodate both the existing and proposed buildings.
New surface water drainage systems, including sustainable urban drainage measures to manage runoff from the site.
Landscaping, site services connections, and associated works across the 0.4-hectare site.
The proposed building will cover a floor area of 574m.
