A planning application has gone before Kildare County Council for alterations and modifications to three terraced stone cottages at Keenan's Lane, Castledermot, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the application was made on August 22 2025 by promoter APD Partnership.

The scheme comprises in a Conservation Area, for the alterations and modifications to three terraced stone cottages to create three townhouses at Keenan's Lane, Castledermot, Co Kildare.
The alterations will comprise of three new flat roof rear returns to provide additional accommodation; re-established boundary/garden walls to rear; the repair to existing fabric; and all associated landscaping and site works.
The architect for the development is Pames Developments Limited.
