Man was locked out of the house three times, it's claimed in Kildare court

A man told Naas District Court that his wife locked him out of the family home three times.

He made the allegation during a family hearing at which he sought court protection.

“Things have got out of hand,” he told the court.

He said she is abusive and makes derogatory remarks towards him and the children.

Judge Desmond Zaidan noted that the woman had previously been granted an order against him. The woman wasn’t present or represented. 

Judge Desmond Zaidan adjourned both matters to March 9.
