A poet residing in County Kildare has just released his seventh book.
Released yesterday (September 15 last), 'A Quarter Dead and Half Alive' is the latest outing by Steve Denehan and follows his last effort, 'Taillights Disappearing'.
According to the book's summary, Steve's latest outing is described as "a beautifully crafted, wide-ranging collection that lingers on the intersection of humanity and the environment".
The summary also said that the book focuses on "ageing parents and new family members arriving, and zooming out to take in the beauty of the natural world".
'A Quarter Dead and Half Alive' is now available for purchase.
It was published by Renard Press.

Steve Denehan lives in Kildare in Ireland with his wife Eimear and daughter Robin.
He is the award-winning author of two chapbooks and seven poetry collections.
