A woman threw rocks at her husband's car, it was alleged at Naas District court.
The husband sought the protection of the court. He said he is estranged from her.
The child asked him to leave and she then left a broken piece of pipe on the wiper of his car. She then threw rocks at the vehicle with one of them striking it.
He further alleged she threw a rock at him.
He claimed she drove away but tried to block his way as he left and screamed obscenities at him.
He reported the matter to the gardaí adding “I believe she’s capable of doing me physical harm.”
He also told the court that there was an order against him previously which was overturned on appeal.
Judge Miriam Walsh granted a protection order and adjourned the case to November 24.
The woman was neither represented nor present.
