A new GP surgery, in addition to new consultation rooms, have been proposed for Kildare town.
Applicant Pio McGarr is seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council to make the changes to Fairview House, which is located on Fairview / Chapel Lane.
Specifically, Mr McGarr is seeking permission for the "change of use of the existing building from its most recent use as office space to proposed use as a GP surgery / consultation rooms, together with all associated internal alterations and incidental ancillary works".
The date received on the application is listed as September 14 last.
The submission-by and due dates are listed as October 18, 2025 and November 8, 2025 respectively.
