A park in located near Naas will be temporarily closed in order to facilitate seasonal wildflower meadow harvesting.
Explaining the temporary closure, Kildare County Council (KCC) said that Kerdiffstown Park will be closed to public access in order to facilitate seasonal wildflower meadow harvesting on the following dates: Monday, September 22 to Friday, September 26, 2025 (inclusive).
KCC further said: "The park will remain open in the evenings of that week to allow access to the sports pitches.
"We apologise for the short notice. This is due to the recent changeable weather conditions, which have created an opportunity to carry out the work."
KCC also said that those seeking further information can contact the Parks Section at 045 980 553.
