A woman alleged that her husband uses an audio and tracking devices to monitor her.
She also claimed at a family law hearing in Naas District Court that he is continuously monitoring her.

She also said she is going to make a statement to the gardaí about the “unlawful monitoring” of her movements.
The woman said they are separated and divorce proceedings are underway.
In the absence of the man who was not present or represented, she alleged he was manipulating the children and "tried to separate me from them.”
She told Judge Miriam Walsh she is afraid of him.
Judge Walsh adjourned the matter to March 9. She granted an interim protection order, to be served on him by the gardaí.
