Last week, Kildare gardaí paid tribute to Garda Jon Brien of Kilcullen Garda Station as he retired after 30 years of exemplary service.
"Jon is leaving behind a legacy of service, mentorship, and community spirit. We wish Jon every health and happiness in his retirement – thank you for your outstanding commitment over the past three decades," said the force.
