The construction of a two-storey crèche, along with four dwellings, has been proposed for one County Kildare region.

Little Harvard Crèche is seeking planning permission from Kildare County Council to construct the development in Castle Farm, Jigginstown in Naas.

According to the description contained within the application, the company intends to construct "a two-storey crèche with 10 classrooms, staff room, kitchen, lift, plant room, offices, toilets, foyer and storage".

The development would also consist of the construction of four dwelling units; specifically, one one-bed apartment and three two-bed apartments.

In addition, Little Harvard is seeking permission for car parking, bin storage, bicycle parking, including all associated boundary treatments, site works and services.

The date received on the application is listed as September 30 last.

The submission-by and due dates are listed as November 3, 2025 and November 24, 2025 respectively.

As per the official Little Harvard Crèche website, the company has locations all across counties Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare.

In the context of Kildare, it has crèches in Leixlip, Newbridge, Kilcock and Maynooth.
