A silent Palestine solidarity march is set to take place in one County Kildare town this week.

The event, which is being organised by the Kildare Palestine Solidarity Campaign, will kick off at the Liffey Linear Park in Newbridge (W12 W861).

According to the organisers, the route "will go up by the Liffey, then down by Military Road; it will then turn right at the Athgarvan Road, will go up through the Main Street and back to The Strand [in the Liffey Linear Park]".

Attendees are being encouraged to wear black during this event.

'March for Palestine' will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

It will commence at 12.30pm.
