A new €2.3 million housing development has been approved for Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

The project, located at Grattan Park on Shackleton Road, Ballymakealy Upper, will see the construction of 14 homes across a 0.288-hectare site.

The development will include a mix of two- and three-storey dwellings, comprising seven three-storey three-bed units, five two-storey two-bed units, and two two-storey one-bed homes.

Plans also provide for 22 car parking spaces, landscaping, and associated site development works. The new site will connect to The Drive and The Close at Grattan Park.
