Criminal damage by fire incident in Kildare prompts garda probe. FILE PHOTOGRAPH / PIXABAY
An Garda Síochána (AGS) is investigating a criminal damage by fire incident which took place in County Kildare on Halloween.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about this crime, a spokesperson for AGS responded: "Gardaí responded to an incident of criminal damage by fire that occurred at approximately 1.20pm on Friday, October 31 last in the Townpark area of Athy, County Kildare."
The spokesperson added: "Investigations are ongoing at this time."
