A yoga retreat event will take place soon in one County Kildare town.
According to the organiser, yoga teacher Tara Thompson, 'The Gift of Pause - A Yoga Retreat' will give attendees the chance to "step away from the rush of December".
"You'll leave feeling grounded, rested and restored," she added.
'The Gift of Pause - A Yoga Retreat' will take place at Happy Space & Co, 10 George's Street, Greatconnell, Newbridge (W12 YD78) on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
It will begin at 11.30am and conclude at 1.30pm.
