Gardaí based in County Kildare are currently probing a burglary which occurred at a residential area in Sallins.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about this incident, a garda spokesperson replied: "Gardaí attended a scene of a burglary in a residential area in Sallins, County Kildare, in the afternoon of Friday, January 23 last."
They added: "Investigations are ongoing."
