Planning permission has been granted for the construction of four new houses in Capdoo, Clane W91 Y997, Co Kildare.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), application number 2560362 has been approved by the local authority, having been submitted for approval on April 7 2025.
The €1.4m development involves the construction of four new houses in Capdoo, Clane.
The scheme comprises sub-dividing the existing site and the construction of four detached dwellings.
These will consist of two detached storey-and-half dwellings and two detached dormer bungalows.
Also included in the plans is the decommissioning of existing septic tank, up-grade of existing entrance, connection to public foul sewer, and all associated ancillary site-works.
The architect for the development is Brian Connolly and Associates.
The site area is 0.39ha.
