Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office are pleased to announce the launch of its Spring Advanced 6‑Day Leadership Development Programme, commencing 24th February in Naas, Co Kildare.
Designed & delivered by SkyRed Leadership specifically for established entrepreneurs, this immersive programme equips participants with the advanced leadership capabilities required to drive performance, navigate complexity, and build cohesive, high‑performing teams.
Facilitated by award winning executive and team coach Amanda Cahir O’Donnell, founder of SkyRed Leadership, the programme blends practical tools, expert facilitation, and peer‑to‑peer learning to support entrepreneurs in elevating their leadership impact.
Across six full‑day sessions, participants will deepen their ability to lead with clarity, confidence, and strategic intent.
The programme explores advanced leadership capabilities including influencing and persuasion, effective conflict management, building and sustaining high‑performing teams, and communicating through periods of change.
Participants will also gain insight into their personal leadership style, strengthen their coaching skills, and cultivate the behaviours that underpin cohesive, resilient teams.
By the end of the programme, entrepreneurs will have strengthened their decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities, both individually and across their teams. They will leave with practical, actionable tools to lead with greater impact in dynamic business environments, along with a personalised Leadership Development Plan aligned to the strategic growth goals of their company.
This is an advanced, high‑challenge programme designed for entrepreneurs who are scaling, innovating, and driving high performance within their organisations.
Amanda Cahir O’Donnell, Founder of SkyRed Leadership commented “entrepreneurs are often so focused on driving their businesses forward that they rarely get the space to invest in themselves as leaders.
"This programme creates that space. It’s a supportive, energising environment where ambitious founders can step back, reflect, and strengthen the skills that truly elevate their leadership. Our goal is to help each participant build confidence, clarity, and the practical tools they need to lead their teams with purpose and impact.”
Jacqui McNabb, Head of Enterprise and Economic Development, Local Enterprise Office Kildare added “Supporting ambitious entrepreneurs as they grow is central to our mission at the Local Enterprise Office.
"This advanced leadership programme provides a unique opportunity for business owners to step back, strengthen their leadership capability, and build the skills needed to drive sustainable growth. We are delighted to fund such a high‑value, expertly facilitated programme for Kildare’s entrepreneurial community.”
