One County Kildare group has announced that it is yarn-ing for donations of wool.

The request was released earlier today (February 17) by Kildare Yarn Bombers, which explained: "As we all gear up to the June Fest [2026] installation, all donations of wool welcome.

"We distribute everything directly to our community of makers."

Kildare Yarn Bombers also said that the donated items can be dropped into the KWWSPCA's Noah's Ark shop, which is located on the Cutlery Road in Newbridge, on Sundays between 2pm and 5pm.

Anyone seeking further information about Kildare Yarn Bombers can visit the group's official Facebook page.
