Any necessary footpath repairs at a Naas residential area will be undertaken by Kildare County Council.
KCC said it will inspect the footpath at the entrance to The Paddocks residential area - at the request of Cllr Fintan Brett.
If this shows that the repair works are needed the damaged section will be reinstated, said KCC.
