Two Kildare homes in the running for RTÉ Home of the Year

RTÉ’s Home of the Year is returning to our screens on Tuesday March 3 next, with this year’s show featuring two Kildare homes competing for the coveted title of Home of the Year.

Sponsor of this year’s show, broadband operator, SIRO, is offering fans of the show the chance to win an exclusive interior design consultation with Home of the Year judge, Siobhan Lam.

One lucky winner will have the opportunity to receive personalised design advice from judge and interiors expert, Siobhan Lam.

Siobhan has significant expertise in interior design as a founder of April and the Bear, her interiors shop based in Rathmines, Dublin and her experience of having graduated from competing in the first series of Home of the Year in 2015 to becoming a judge on the show in 2025.

The lucky winner will enjoy expert design advice and practical tips from Siobhan to help enhance their home and make sure that it meets their needs and lifestyle. 

Kildare residents can enter the competition by visiting SIRO’s Facebook and Instagram channels and following the entry instructions before the closing date of Monday, April 20 2026. 

The draw will take place on Tuesday, 21st of April2026. 

This year’s show will feature two Kildare homes competing for the coveted title of Home of the Year.

SIRO is joining as the show’s official sponsor for the first time in 2026.

RTÉ’s Home of the Year airs from every Tuesday at 7pm on RTÉ One from Tuesday, March 3 for eight weeks and is also available to stream on the RTÉ player.
