A woman told Naas District Court her ex-partner is trying to make contact with her.
She alleged that what she said was an “abusive relationship” ended in October.
“He has made constant attempts to try to regain contact," she told Judge Desmond Zaidan.
She added: “He knows where I work and where I live.”
The man was not present or represented.

She claimed he would continue to keep calling her, adding “I need to end this.”
Judge Zaidan declined to grant an interim protection order. He said there are issues in the former relationship but he did not believe a temporary order would be appropriate in this case. He said the woman could instead apply for a safety order at a family law court.
