A resident of Kilcullen, Co Kildare has applied for planning permission to construct a hair salon to the rear of their home.
According to Construction Information Services (CIS), the resident applied for planning permission to Kildare County Council on March 23 2026 (planning ref. 2660305.)
The planning application is with respect to a property addressed at 50 Cairnhill Meadows, Kilcullen, Co Kildare.
The estimated cost of construction of the hair salon is €30k.
As per the application, the scheme comprises “the proposed construction of a hair salon studio and all associated site works to the rear of applicant's dwelling.”
The proposed site area is 0.034ha.
Submissions are due by 26/4/2026 with a decision due date of 17/5/2026.
CIS is monitoring the local planning authority for a decision.
