Two County Kildare businesses were targeted in back-to-back smash-and-grab incidents.
Both incidents took place in Kilcullen on Easter Sunday (April 5 last), according to Garda Lenny Donnellan.
Speaking to KFM about the two crimes, he said that they both took place between 4am and 4.30am.

The first business which was targeted was Lam's Asian Cuisine restaurant — he said that the front door was broken, which allowed the perpetrators to enter.
They proceeded to steal cash from this business.
Shortly after this burglary, the perpetrators broke the front door to a nearby business, Jamesy Cabs.
They proceeded to steal a number of unspecified items from this premises.
According to Gda Donnellan, CCTV obtained at the scene of this crime showed that the same perpetrators were involved in both burglaries.

He concluded by urging anyone with information about either incident or both of these incidents to contact Naas Garda Station on 045 481 212.
When asked by the Leinster Leader about these the first burglary, a garda spokesperson replied: "Gardaí are investigating following an incident of burglary at a business premises in Kilcullen in the early hours of Sunday April 5 last.
They added: "Investigations are ongoing."
As for the second burglary, the spokesperson repeated the same statement.
