Flood Relief Works for Dara Park residents

The long-awaited flood relief works for residents at Dara Park in Newbridge is set to take place next month. It is anticipated that the work will be completed by this Christmas. County Cllr Paddy Kennedy welcomed the announcement that the estate is set to benefit from a significant amount of funding. The residents at Dara Park have been suffering from flood related problems for over 40 years. There is now a public display of the flood relief scheme available at Dara Park.
