Tetrarch Capital, which recently bought the 336-acre site from NAMA for €36m, will start applying for planning permission for the development in coming weeks. Also being planned are 400 housing units and a new secondary school. Firms already based in the Millennium Park include AIB, Lidl, Horse Sport Ireland - and the Kerry Group which will eventually employ 900 when fully operational next year. Tetrarch already owns Powerscourt Hotel in Enniskerry, the Mount Juliet resort in Co Kilkenny and the Marker Hotel in Dublin's docklands.
