Irish Water still silent on toilets in Co Kildare

Kildare County Council is still awaiting a response from Irish Water over the issue of taking over public toilets in the county. Cllr Willie Crowley asked the local authority to take over the current contract with JCDecaux for the provision of public conveniences in all Municipal Districts. Kildare County Council has now informed the independent politician from Newbridge that they have yet to receive any response on the matter and that these contracts will be considered in the context of Budget 2016.
