Traffic: Routes are clear but note extra Ploughing traffic

traffic
The M7 and M4 routes are clear at this stage and no incidents have been reported so far. Try to leave extra time for your commute this morning as road surfaces will be wet and braking distance will be longer. Beware of extra traffic on some routes due to people travelling to the National Ploughing Championships in Co Laois. The Naas/ Ballymore Eustace Rd (R411) was badly flooded and surface water may still be in the area. Parts of Newbridge also suffered flash flooding last night such as Dara Park area . Note that road works on L5072 in Ballynafagh/Garvoge take place from from 8am to 7pm daily. Also the road between Staplestown Cross and Prosperous will be closed from 8am to 7pm today and tomorrow.
