Flooding in the Naas area has been slow to subside and water is up over the footpath on the Sallins Road. The area will be busy with school runs in the next hour so it's best to avoid the area completely if possible. One motorist said: "The flood is up over the footpath on the Sallins Road across from the Xtravision store." A car has broken down on the Parnell Road in Dublin inbound before the junction of Harold's Cross Road. In Ballinteer, a bus has broken down at the roundabout at J13 Dundrum between Ballinteer Rd and the R113. Meanwhile, major works are continuing on Caragh Bridge. Beware the road in the Square in Kilcock will be closed from 6pm tonight.
