Naas man set to transform his native town with €7.5million plan

  A business run by a local man is seeking planning permission for an office complex in Naas in the value of €7.5million. Naas born CEO of Tetrach,  Michael McElligot, is now part of a major development set to transform Naas. It is anticipated that there will be a four storey office building and planning is being sought for 280 car parking spaces. The firm recently purchased 336 acres of land at Millennium Park from NAMA for approximately €36million. Tetrach is  a specialist investment group whose portfolio of assets includes a number of high-profile Irish hotels, a stake in stockbroker Merrion Capital, and a number of offices dotted along a section of the red Luas line in Dublin, from Capel Street to Macken House in the docklands.
