Traffic: Newbridge/Naas heavy, M50 southbound crawling

M7 volumes are getting heavy between Newbridge and Naas towards Dublin and traffic is crawling at the moment. The M7 at Rathcoole is also tight. However barring any accidents, delays are not expected to be as bad as yesterday. The M50 southbound is extremely congested and is already back to the M1 and slow all the way to J7 Lucan. The NRA is reporting slow traffic for 16km from Junction 4 Ballymun to Junction 10 Ballymount. There are reports of horses loose on R132 between Airside Retail Park and the Naul Road. It's also very heavy heading into Dublin from the M4 from Kilcock, Celbridge and Lucan. There are reports of a collision in Inchicore - on Sarsfield Road at the railway bridge near Liffey Gaels. Traffic cannot turn right under the bridge
