Traffic update: Commuter routes are quiet but towns are busy
8 Oct 2015
Our first traffic update of the evening has very little in the ways of delays to report. Expect that to change however as the evening goes on. The M50 is moving well in both directions, while there are no delays to report on the M7 either. The main roads out of Dublin towards Kildare, such as the Longmile road and Newland's Cross, remain quiet yet too. Naas town centre is seeing some slight traffic at the moment though, that can be attributed to the school pick-up. Newbridge is also the same, with the main street of the town busy but that should ease up in the next while. For those of you going from Kildare towards Dublin this evening, ensure you have ample journey time planned as the international soccer match in the Aviva Stadium may cause some disruption around the capital.
